Chuck,

A sad description of the universe, this one, where there is no broad interaction, no karma law and therefore no co-responsibility for events. 

Unless it is a joke --  in which case I apologize.

Have you ever heard that everything interacts on Earth? Reading too much Aristotle? 

Catholics used to have a view of the universe with no interaction, no unity in diversity and no co-responsibility. Ecology has made many of them improve. 

You should affiliate to Greenpeace -- and, painful as it may be, stop going to L.C.C. meetings.
