Governents simply serve to make things more rigid, by putting things 
into law.  Law is the antithesis of change.  Many politicians speak 
about changing the government, but they often fail to change the 
outside (non-government) world around them.  The way that we change 
the world around (for good or bad, and we are already doing so more 
than we realize) is through our words and our actions.  Our words 
may take on either a positive or negative tone, which affects 
people's psyches around us.  And our actions may take on either a 
constructive or destructive effect, which affects people's physical 
bodies around us.
