They might as well have. The Victorians loved that stuff. None of it, or
them, of course, is worth anything more than kindling for the fireplace.

Perhaps it would have been better to call morality a disease of the human
condition. Fortunately it is a treatable condition merely requiring regular
innoculations of sanity.
