Bart,
Bad transitions into vegetarian food happened to many persons.
1) Transition should be gradual.
2) Bad cholesterol is present in many non-meat foods.
3) Diet results also relate to the amount of dailoy physical exercise and
quality of thoughts/emotions.
4) Disturbing the wrong routines is never an easy task, in any aspect of
life. Therefore the need for graduality, care and attention to do that.
Regards, Carlos.

I was on a vegetarian diet. I developed high blood pressure, high
cholesterol, diabetes and occasional bouts of gout. I went back to a
meat-based diet, and everything returned to normal and I haven't had an
attack of gout since.
