In 2003 the Navy refused to pay for circumcision because there is no
medical benefit for it. In 1935, 55% of American males were
circumcised. The percentage soon increased to 60%. I said Bart had
a 55-60% chance of being circumcised based only on his age.
As a Jew by birth, his chances of genital mutilation for ritual
purposes skyrocketed.
