Cyclic processes are not necessarily apocalyptic, as presently 
understood.  The ancients used key astronomical events to identify 
cycles.  The ancient understanding of cycles is vastly different 
than the Christianized apocalypse.  I found this date using two 
different methods:  1) precesson of equinoxes applied to Mayan long 
count; and 2) Terence McKenna's Timewave Zero.

As regards Hal Wilcox, yes I knew him.  He was an interesting guy, 
but I can't say I knew a lot about his theories of disease and 
epidemics.  Maybe I should have spent a little more time to get to 
know him.
