Dear MKR,

1) Can you give examples from the past, as to Adyar's TS selling its Lodges' 
properties?

2) As to Wheton not being legally able to sell the property, Bart, OK, 
perhaps it is so.

But the alternative  local Lodge they have already created, or  invented, 
would be able to do so if they win the lawsuit.

The local lodge sells the property and the money than can be safely 
transferred to Wheaton's  bank Account.

(I hope that does not help.)
