Re: Theos-World What TSA will win in lawsuit

Bart -- A dose of theosophical history is in order.

The decision to abolish the parent society was made by Olcott and
HPB when they met after Olcott received the letter on the Shannon,
which was precipitated in HPB's absence while Olcott was alone.

The TS had absolutely no legal standing in Adyar and was nothing
more than an ad hoc sentiment. The TS corporation founded in New
York State had no authority at Adyar. The New York corporation was
created in 1875, and Judge was most active in that corporation. The
Adyar TS claim that it was founded in 1875 is baloney. Olcott did
not even go to Adyar until several years later; thus, the Adyar TS
could not have existed in 1875. (Do you understand that?)

HPB created the Esoteric Section with W. Q. Judge in 1888, after
abolishing the parent society as a good idea that went sour.

The Adyar TS had no legal standing anywhere in the world until 1905,
when it incorporated in India.

As regards your other questions, again, Bart, these issues will be
settled in court according to the laws of Washington State.

After answering your questions several times, you still do not
understand. This is a problem that you must come to terms with, in
a way most suitable for you.

Best regards,
Krsanna
