The other thing that we cannot forget is that higher knowledge is
just that: it moves from top down. The black lodge could only
imitate the white lodge in its use of the occult. We cannot
overestimate their ability to imitate and to justify their use of
the arts.
After all they are the arts or the gifts of the Soul. The Siddhis
as HPB was known to be endowed with are a part of her nature and
anyone else who goes there. This is why she wrote "The Voice of the
Silence" so that we do not get distracted by them as the black lodge
has done.
It is almost as if those who study Theosophy, in order to discredit
it. believe that the black use of it was created in an occult (read
evil) vacuum, and has not been able to extricate itself from this
erroneous belief. They simply don't know. They only know what the
heck we tell them. Don't forget that.
