Dear Jerome,
 
Last night some coworkers of mine here in Tucson and I were re-
reading and discussing your article "The Resurgence of Pseudo-
Theosophy" in which you make a number of comments about not only my 
book THE ESOTERIC WORLD OF MADAME BLAVATSKY but also personally 
about me.
 
We have excerpted several of your comments and bolded certain words 
and phrases in them. SEE these excerpts at:

I ask below several questions to you to clarify your five excerpted 
statements:
 
In these statements about me, are you saying that YOU BELIEVE and 
you want your readers to believe that I am doing all of this 
CONSCIOUSLY?
 
In other words, Jerome, do you believe that all of this as described 
in your 5 statements is well-planned and well thought out by me?
 
Do you believe that it is my CONSCIOUS intent to poison the well of 
available info about HPB?
 
Do you really believe I am with CONSCIOUS intent and purpose not 
only planning but also creating a poison stream for future INQUIRERS 
and STUDENTS of Theosophy?
 
I ask these questions because your excerpts and especially the bold 
phrases and words would seem to suggest that you are trying to say 
that I have the CONSCIOUS INTENTION of doing all these things.
 
I also ask these questions because we would like to know if you 
possibly place me in the same category as you MAY put Mrs. Besant 
and Mr. Chakravarti.

In summary, do you believe in your "heart of hearts" that I am 
actually a detractor of Madame Blavatsky and am with purpose and 
conscious intent trying to create a poison stream, a smoke screen to 
keep seekers from REAL Theosophy?
