Well said Ullessis,I agree with you wholeheartedly, it is unfortunate that 
Annand has "gone off on his soapbox" we had this unpleasantness several 
months ago which at the end of the day gained nothing,but disharmony, and 
dishonour to our midst. Many people responded with simple, well balanced 
explanations which were met with silly and blinkered responses that were 
clearly of an Anti-Blavatski nature.and pro Leadbeater/Bessant leanings.
A few people left this group because of this monotonous chanting by 
Annand, and it certainly stemmed the flow of interest,and development of 
Theosophy and I am sure that it put newcomers off and diverted them to other 
places.
It is important that we should not have restrictions on free speech and 
opinions, but with that comes the responsibility of what is said or written 
is not offensive and does not cause conflict,prejudice,ignorance and 
disregard to others. To alter facts that are Universal so that one 
particular point of view is purported against what actually happened goes 
against the idyll of Theosophy.
Lets hope that this resurgence of this kind of correspondence does not 
occur again, but as it is coming up to be a full moon,and as that cycle 
shows it will resurface in a few months time!
