Mmmh.
Cases of humanity, emergency, compassion and sympathy are in my stupid mind 
not cases of paragraphs.

Image, your were driving on a highway and you witness a heavy car accident, 
a person laying on the ground in its blood.
Would you stop and help or would you quote the civil code?

Or would you drive past and say: No one told me, that an accident has 
happened, therefore it did not happen?

A strange moral code you have.

And if it is reight what you say about the US government working, then I 
fear you have more Communism than even the former GDR.
The socialistic soulless drones wait until they get an order from the party 
funtionary. If they are not ordered, they do nothing, as if they should do 
something, they would have get an order and as they received no order, 
nothing has happened.

How did you came to the Moon 36 years ago with such a Freemasonic council 
system, in which the left hand does not know what the right hands does?

BTW, Germany is also organised in a federal way.

I was attacking the ignorance of the US government. Now you say that it's me 
who is ignorant.
I see: Not he who is ignorant is ignorant, bu the, who says the ignorant, 
that he is ignorant.

That fits well with the typical theosophical sect custom that not the member 
who does evil things is the evil one, but only the other member who tries to 
prevent or at least to soften the evil, or in cases of common interest, 
exposes the evil.

That logic has much advantages. You sleep well.
