Thanks for your comment below.

I was simply trying to show how HPB defined Theosophy. Please note 
that it was HPB herself who named one of her articles: "Pseudo-
Theosophy." 

So are you saying that HPB was using the term in a "pejorative" 
way. I don't know if you would agree that HPB knew what Theosophy 
is all about but if you do, then would you also agree that she 
probably knew what constituted "pseudo-Theosophy." Apparently she 
believed there was such as thing as "pseudo-Theosophy."

Again you might ask yourself:

How narrowly was HPB defining Theosophy in the examples I gave?

And what tradition do you think she was following?
