Modern movement of the Occult

I've recently had the pleasure of seeing a lot of specials on T.V. as
well as read a few studies on Telepathy and other occult phenomena.
Out of all the material I've seen and read, everything seems to point
out that it is not only possible, but somewhat reliable as well.
One of the books I am still working on is called Psychic Discoveries.
It contains a narrative of some of the tests that were performed in
conjunction with soviet military and certain self-proclaimed
telepathic "psychics". The results so far have all been positive and
show remarkable computer data, as well as show a profound clarity of
the information received instantaneously over tremendous distances.
Some of the tests couldn't be described in detail as they were still
classified during the publication of the book.
What throws a majority of people is that certain forms of telepathy
can be explained by other means (a common problem with occultism).
Coincidences, interpretation of body language, "cheating" (such as
using transmitting devices) and other factors come into play when a
skeptic makes their judgement. However, these tests that were
performed to lessen the possibility. One of the tests was performed in
a rather grotesque manner, by an unmanned soviet submarine. It housed
a mother rabbit. They noticed dramatic changes in brain waves when her
offspring were killed (I was offended when I read it, but to play the
devil's advocate, it did give some solid supporting evidence). Radios
don't work underwater, so they had to recover the data afterwards.
The US also conducted experiments in submarines where messages were
sent between the sub and land. The evidence was also supportive.
Hopefully more data will surface, but they better not kill any more bunnies.
