I have recently become interested in Baird Spalding, author of the six 
volume Lives and Teachings of the Masters of the Far East. I recall in 
the 1970s there was quite a bit of discussion concerning a published 
expose of Spalding. The author of this expose gave documentation that 
Spalding fabricated information about his own life and travels. I am 
wondering if anyone is aware of this expose, who wrote it, and where I 
might find a copy. I am also interested in any information about any 
reliable biographies that may have been done on Spalding either as a 
book or as an article. Please let me know.
