This speculation of yours only proves what was stated in my essay at:

You have only one supposition piled on top of another 
supposition which in turn is piled on top of another supposition....

This may be an interesting exercise but it leads us nowhere. 

The bottom line is:

Is there any evidence to support any of this "speculation"?
