Dear Friend:

Re: NUMBERS, GEOMETRY, SYMBOLOGY AND SYMBOLISM

May I suggest going to

THEOSOPHICAL UNIVERSITY PRESS www.theosociety.org/tupress/
[Offers full range of Theosophical Texts]

They have an excellent INDEX to the SECRET DOCTRINE

The references on numbers, geometrical figures, symbolism and symbology are
well displayed.

If you open the SECRET DOCTRINE at p. 4, Vol. 1 you will start finding
explanations.

Additionally: see the LIST OF CONTENTS of both Vol. 1 and II of the SECRET
DOCTRINE as there are many hundred of pages listed giving a survey of the
use of numbers and symbols.

Best wishes,

Dallas

Subject: Numbers and SYMBOLS

Dear Friends:

I would like to do a little research on the symbolic meaning and
significance of different numbers, like one represents unity, two
represents duality, three the triangle, etc. Can someone suggest where
I would find this subject in the HPB writings?

Thank you in advance,

bta
