Try the German Andromeda book shop who has the DVD in store, too as a gift

The file name you should search for in a file sharing client like emule is:
Aktenzeichen.11.9..ungelöst.WDR.dokumentation.DVB-Rip.Unglaublichkeiten.avi

its about 400 MB.
You can brush up your German with it...:-)
