I've worked with radionics for nearly 30 years now and I'm convinced that 
quantum physics has nothing to do with it. It is far weirder than that. A good 
book on the subject of why radionics works is Radionics, Science or Magic, by 
David Tansely, who comes at from a theosophical backgroun by way of Alice 
Bailey.
