I know from a reliable source that there were more than one copy at one time at Olcott Library. Also, one of these copies was in a good shape. Glad Kessinger chose to reprint the book.

And as that one copy was in terrible shape 25 years ago I'm not surprised
that it is locked away.

The original edition was poorly bound and printed on very cheap stock, it was
not designed to last.
