To the heretic who thinks, meditation does not give braindamamage:

I can say it does, if one is not spiritual strong.
My experiences: there is a very great difference in meditation in the 
WEST and in the EAST.
For here in the west there is no possibility for meditation in a 
total noisy surrounding, even not to be concentrated.
The cause is that there will not be any restful minute, or second for 
that in a residential town,only in midnight it will be restfull, if 
there are not older ones making noisy.

Or one needs to have a castle and than he will have other problems in 
keeping in repair.Than no time .
I learned the techniques of Eastern, but cannot practise in this 
west, only if I go to a place totally restful without any noise of 
dominating voices and dangers. 
So for this meditation brings here everyone to braindamage, that is 
why he or she must take the short moments of totally noisyless at 
four till five in the morning .
