Re: Theos-World The Lyre of Orpheus - John Baines - Masters Causal Body

Hello Sufilight
I am not sure we can help the "villians" as many don't seek change or want outside help, as many view this as ignorant outside interference. All we can do is hope that one day they will see the light. It is enough for me to save my own soul, take and offer advice when it is given or asked for.
I agree with you that we must attempt to purify our lower bodies in each lifetime, speaking for myself, believe, that we cannot do this in one lifetime, as we inherit our karma and generate more karma until we understand the lesson it requires us to learn. When the lesson about ourselves is learnt we know longer generate karma from that source.
At a higher level, there must still be some "excess baggage karma" that is retained and forms itself as our Dweller on the Threshold. If all karma were expended and bodies purified in one life, then there would be no residue for the Dweller and therefore the psychological struggle would never eventuate.
Perhaps others can elaborate on this.
Warm regards
Cass

Well...
What can I say...
If you always have to shudder each time you go past a place involved in meat
you will quite possibly not be of much use to the Masters or the cause.
How can one help various kinds of "villains in the prevalent western tribes"
if one shudders half of the time?
People would say: There we have this weird shaking theosophist coming down
the street...Smile.
:-)
Allright I think I know what you refer to.
And yet, it is still our destiny to achieve perfect and wise control of our
three lower bodies.
