If I had more articles on practical occultism I could make a better
assertion. But I don't read them that often. From what I understand,
occultism frequently takes advantage of magnetic forces. That, and the
fact that apportation and levitation both take advantage of those
magnetic forces, leads me to believe that it relies heavily on the
Hutchison effect.
