Hallo All,
In the first instantion, people needs to know what is healthy and 
unhealthy for them.(smoking,weight what the legs cannot carry and to 
understand Nutrition first.( junk foods etc.= bad for stomach and 
blood vessels and heart.)
The second problem is the total movement, not sitting the whole day 
in the same posture.One needs to stain and relax the muscles.
That are two things for prevention, but there are more.
So they get better bodies,brains and minds of performances
For this can be a help in long term prevention
And how people are clothed, cold wetter needs good underware for 
protection the body.
So this are a few facts one needs to know.
