Dear Niki,
In January of this year, my wife and I stood an all night vigil over my
wife's mother. She took her last breath at 7:12 a.m., on the 22nd. We
are still mending our hearts too. I just wanted to share this with you
so that you will know that there is at least one other person on this
list who does understand what you are going through.
I apologize for not responding earlier. There was so much junk on this
board, that I, for several weeks, had been erasing most of the messages
without reading them.
Best wishes,
Jerry

Dear All-
After the last contentious batch of posts and having to delete them all, I'm taking a
break from reading anything from this group for awhile.
I joined this group to gain more spiritual knowledge, and have experienced very little
of that. What I have mostly experienced is people slamming my views with way-too-
long emails that are filled with intellectualisms and not enough heart. I know there
are brilliant minds here, and for that I am grateful...you know who you are.
Add the biliousness of Thal (ifn you don't like this a/o won't ever open your heart,
Terrie, well...), and the contentiousness...
I'm still mending my heart after the sudden death of my soulmate...
I need a forum to grow in, where there is not only an intellectual understanding of "all
that is", but a heart connection that informs that knowledge. I know it resides here, I
have no doubts there, but I also have witnessed too much that obscures that...
...and my heart cannot bear that at this time.
I have no judgments here, only what I feel. Even those I've had "words" with I have
love and compassion for. All I desire is that we all get back to the "Work". There is
much to be done and we all need to remember why we are here.
Blessings to you all.
