Who were the "three teachers" Colonel Olcott had?

In THE SECRET DOCTRINE (1888, I, xix), Madame Blavatsky
wrote that:

"Of the three teachers [my colleague, Colonel H. S.
Olcott] . . . has had, the first was a Hungarian Initiate,
the second an Egyptian, the third a Hindu."

Who were these three teachers?
