Just so you know, even now, I have to read these parts of your messages 
twice, because my mind still sees it as "a oh" (just now, my mind heard 
Harry Belafonte singing "A, Oh, A-a-a oh, ..... wanna go home." then I 
read it again as "and/or"

I guess it depends on what is in the reader's sight-vocabulary. Because 
I grew up seeing "w/o" in the newspaper as "without", I have no trouble 
reading that as "without" and never read it as "double-u oh".

anyway, as I said, it's your choice. I just wanted you to know that it 
confused me, because if it confused me, it might confuse others.
