The worst part is that this is one of the more interesting

All of which are valid definitions for shucks.
Of course, the definition Bart used is:
something of little value -- usually used in the plural, often
interjectionally, as in "not worth shucks", "don't care shucks about it"
, "can't sing for shucks" , "no great shucks for looks" or "shucks,
that's not worth talking about."
