Chuck,
I seem to recall it was due to the fact that he tested it in his Brooklyn
Laboratory and the result was widespread shaking in the district where his lab
was and also that he deduced if he allowed it to cintinue his building itslf
would soon collapse, later the Brooklyn Police Dept, and other City Agencies
had their pound of flesh from Tesla.
