John:

I also prefer a printed book, especially a paperback, easy to hold up with
one hand while reading. Currently, though, the computer equivalent of a
printed book is a poor substitute, but in perhaps ten years, the size,
weight, ease of use, readability, and other ergonomic features of a computer
book will make it on a par with a paper copy of the book. It is only a
matter of time. At first, it will cost too much money for most people to
have one, but that barrier will go away in time as well, except, though, in
third world countries, where anything that costs money will be a problem --
but that's another subject.
