True occultists, who not only learn how to control their minds to reduce 
stress, also begin to know how to use mentally directed self healing meditational 
processes to correlate the inner forces, talk to their inner "lives" (so to 
speak :) so as to heal the body (and sometimes even change their DNA if 
necessary). They also know the value of correct nutrition and proper exercise. After 
many years of such study and practice this knowledge becomes intuitive. 
Thus, occultists can live healthily to complete whatever they find their life's 
purpose to be -- for as long as it might take. :-)
