I have to take issue with this statement of Anand. Theosophy is learned by
everyone that lives and breaths it is individual and people learn by their
life experiences, they may be totally unaware of the learning that they have
been subjected to, it may be that it is several years that have passed
before something triggers a memory or though then the lesson is learned.
Theosophy must ,if it is to be observed correctly must be free from dogma,It
is up to the individual to accept or reject what book, information, authorship
that they are presented with. To say that "Theosophy becomes acceptable
only if people are properly introduced to it "is clearly against the
teachings of Theosophy,Your view is that "my groups methods are the correct
and the only way and yours is totally wrong" Flies in the face of
Theosophy,it is the most Dogmatic thing that cannot be condoned. You must not
force your views onto anyone else. Sweeping statements saying that certain
books by certain authors are hated in whatever country/part of this world is
totally unacceptable. I very much doubt if you fully understand what each
individual of whatever country thinks or believes in it is not for you to
speak for them, as it is not my place to do also.Every Theosophist is an
individual, and will develop at our own pace and at our own time.
I remain your affectionate friend

Christina,
Theosophy becomes acceptable only if people are properly introduced
to it. As I said in other mails if focus of study is kept by Lodges
on Besant's and Leadbeater's writing, I am sure it will be widely
accepted. It will work not just in your country but in almost all
countries. Theosophy will be welcomed if people read AB and CWL's
writing. Otherwise in many coutries HPB is hated because of her
writing. Other writers associated with non-Adyar societies don't have
much power to convince intuition and intellect of people.

Theosophy, not so much, but enough for the rainy days.
The most ones I know, works from the home.
Like I do most of the time.
But in our country the theos.groep on-line does not work, too many
NON spirituality and against the Theos teachings.
That is realy pearls for the pigs.
And a waist of time.
This group is much better !!
But where you are with your Iceberg story???????
You have made me curious.
But not for the fancy facts
