Selfrealisation;ultimate reality= I think whe have lost through our 
surroundings, the outside world.
So it must be quite simple to let the outsideworld for the outside, 
you already find back your inside.( your early child or the pure 
state of your birth).
That does not mean you must sell your car or bicycle, but not to be 
the slave of it.
They are the slaves of you.
