What you are thinking is TS experiment failed and Masters are not
with it. This is wrong. TS (Adyar TS) succeeded and Masters still
guide it. Yes, they don't need letters to send as it is already doing
well and no much guidance from the Masters is required in written
form as it required in difficult early days.
Secondly there was never any indication that Masters would create 3-4
Theosophical Societies.
