No matter. She still referred to it substantially the way I interpret her 
various statements on the subject. (Except, I meant the last century, not this 
one, in the remark quoted.)

Besides, since an "estimate" means an approximation of something, or a guess 
about a time, etc. -- I can't see how that refers to the statement quoted -- 
which only referred to expecting the "messenger" to come sometime after 1975 
during the last quarter of the 20th Century. This relates also to the supposed 
hundred year cycle of the Theosophical Movement HPB talked about that referred 
to the time of appearance of such "messengers" or "agents of the Adepts," 
etc. In any event, that still sounds like a prediction to me. (I, for one, am 
satisfied that it was an accurate one -- since the "messenger" showed up just 
as expected. :-)
