In theo-speak (similar to neo-speak) "revered leader" is a
contraction of "Revere[n]d Lead[beat]er." I am surprised you did not
see that.

Actually I am looking forward to the day when TPH no longer publishes
any nonsense. They have a book out which insists the Cottingley
fairies were real. That one will have to go. As for the books by
the LCC fairy, I suspect they will disappear by a process of
attrition. The TPH decided parts of The Inner Life were too kooky
even for them, so they edited those sections out on the sneak. As
that process continues and the kooky parts are slyly edited out of
the fairy's books we will eventually end up with just blank pages.
Then I can doodle anywhere I want, whereas now I can only doodle in
the margins. I am so sure they will stop publishing nonsense that I
intend to stand on my head and hold my breath until it happens.
