Dear Anand,
You say that 'The Theosophist' magazine is mouthpiece of the President.
That is a very interesting and enlightening statement as the TS is not a Republic. The Theosophical Magazine should be a mouthpiece for Theosophy, shouldn't it?

If so, maybe it would be a good idea to start another magazine under 
the auspices of Theosophical Society. Nevertheless, HPB and Olcott 
permitted the discussions in the Theosophist.
