Hallo John and all,
Thanks for your answer John.
1.
I will tell you, that I will always remember the impact
Lilley's book "The Center of The Cyclone" had on me while I read about the
various meditations techniques he used.
Although I rejects his LSD experiments as a suggested path to take.
It is simply too dangerous to most of us. Later on Lilley also rejected the
use of it.
2.
As for Japan in the below. --- Well somehow none calls them "an axis of
evil" becuase the act like that.
And the ignorants wonders why.

You wrote:
"There are Dolphins carved on the monolithic Great Idol of Tiahuanaco."
I find this to be an important.
4. --- Taken from Theosophical Society America ---
"Animals may have a rudimentary sense of self-consciousness, but they
probably cannot differentiate themselves from their appetites, instincts,
and actions. Dolphins can be trained to modify their behavior, but can they
examine their motivation or replay and evaluate an incident? Can they
address their own mind and its content or stand back from these and identify
with the consciousness through which they know anything?
Since self-consciousness is apparently a human characteristic, it is
surprising that Blavatsky says, "Every atom in the Universe has the
potentiality of self-consciousness in it" (Secret Doctrine 1:107). This is a
powerful statement of her conviction that consciousness exists in varying
forms everywhere, not only as we know it. She also says that there is no
potentiality for self-consciousness in pure spirit or consciousness: "It is
only through a vehicle of matter that consciousness wells up as 'I am I' "
(ibid 1:15). Pure consciousness or atma must become involved in the
principles and the vehicles of matter before a sense of self as opposed to
other can arise."

Morton,
Thanks for your comments and the post extracts of John C. Lilly. I still
have a couple of his paparbacks from the 1970's here, i very much enjoyed
his
research and topics they were so stimulating.
About Radio Astronomers, Google "Duncan Lunan" he is a Scottish
Astronomer
who back in 1977 we were in communication with (I have copies of the
correspondence) who at our request made use of Radio Telescope Facility in
England to
broadcast a "Signal" at an appointed time to a defined point in space for
the
express purpose of enablement at the time Experiencer was at Tiahuanaco,
it
was only a few months later that the only "WOW" signal ever validated by
Seti
(successor to Project Ozma) was received. Dophins also were a symbol used
in
other civilizations like the Greeks.
There are Dolphins carved on the monolithic Great Idol of Tiahuanaco.
Here
is an amazing website on a unique Dolphin ability:
Mystery of the Silver Rings

also
Project Delphi- Dolphi9ns - Self Awareness

I have read and seen media reports on the continuing effort to ban
whaling
and the efforts to prevent capture of dolphins in process of commercial
fishing, but, so far Japan and a few other nations have consistantly been
able to
escape the confines of International Compacts other nations have signed
and are
in compliance with. Politics and Economies still remain the senior
consideration in the trade-offs of negociations.
There is very obscure aboriginal mythology about large black beings
that
descended from the heavens and were seen by humans of that time, they
seemd to
resemble whales in the description.
