Re: Theos-World To Vladimir: About Paul Johnson's Interpretations concerning...

John,
you raise an important point.

All theosophists use the same terms, but every
school seems to understand them different.
Adyar one time claimed that there exist two
ontologies.
W. Emmett Small in his "Eclectic Theosophist"
contradicted and said, Theosophy has but one
ontology.

Since years I am afraid that Adyar understands the
first aim quite different from Point
Loma-Blavatsky tradition.

The same could be said for many terms:
brotherhood, freedom (from what?), astral world,
development, races etc.

One reason of Besant's and Leadbeater's aggressive
Anti-Germanism (and that of Churchill and his
Ocullt bureau, what was publicly several times
strongly condemned by Gottfried von Purucker) was
that they believed that the Anglo-Saxons were the
coming sixth subrace and that the fifth subrace
(which they connected to the German Reich) is in
decline. They believed this view was based on HPB.

Now as Joseph Fussells and Gottfried von Puruckers
comments an that topic are out and public it turns
out that the Adyar people made a miscalculation by
misreading HPB high esoteric remarks in the dead
letter exoteric sense.

Actually we are only at the middle point of the
fourth subrace. Imagine how
does that fit with HPB's warnings in the SD, that
not NEW karma in the race struggles must be
created.

Frank, Daniel,
Well I for one am always perplexed that there
seems to be an absence of
interest in what Blavatsky "indicates" by the
express terms she placed before us
all in her discourse in the various works,
articles and conversations she is
recorded to have originated.
Expressions like:
"I got my "DROP" from him." What is that
"DROP?" Why is this never a
topic on this Forum when it is so pregnant with
meaning? (Tigle. tib.)

"She immediately ran and prostrated herself
on the ground before him"
Why and under what circumstance would Madame
Blavatsky do this? Surely it was
not a mere Raja that evinced such devotion from
Madame Blavatsky.

"I got my Red Virgin (HPB)" What is the "Red
Virgin?" Has any one found
out why she attached such great significance to
this?

Recent threads deal with Krishnamurti and a
perception of a materialism
in his speech and discourse but I posted a short
time ago a link for the
Mahamudra with my view that in reading both
Krishnamurti's speech where he
dissolved the Eastern Star and the Mahamudra
together one could perhaps make a
connection between the conceptual beauty in the
Mahamudra Text and his Disolution
speech. I get a lot there myself, but then it all
depends on where one looks for
the answer.

Blavatsky pointed us all to the Nature of
Being and Universe and people
argue on thought and matter but when have they
posted on:

"Kalapa"
"Mahabhutas"
"The Great Mirror Wisdom ( 8th
Consciousness"
"Nyingtid - Heart Essence Drop (Tigle)"
"The Vajra Heart Tantra Sutra"

and the whole panapoly of knowledge that
existed in her day and exists
today and is even more available widely than was
when she Lived. I see a major
absence of content that could charge and enlighten
those who do read the Secret
Doctrine, if no links are told to people then how
will understanding arrive?
Madame Blavatsky I think hoped people would read
and search and find rather
than just memorize. I think Blavatsky was indeed
trained, prepared, initiated,
groomed for her Mission as she told us, why then
do we ignore finding who,
what, when, where, why, time, place, form, event,
duration. vector, energy of that
part of her life.?The Diaspora of Tibet has been
the greatest Boon to the
west in terms of answering and defining all these
parts and indications she
herself explicitely placed in our view, how have
Theosophists arrived to studied
avoidance of those concepts, teachings , and
knowledge that pose a possibility
of depth of explanation they so desire?

Not too long ago online I read a most
remarkable pilgrimage by a westerner
and how he was step by step prepared and then
initiated in a way that brought
remininceses of Blavatsky's teaching to my mind.
At the summit of his arrival
a "Youth" appeared sitting on a rock not far from
him (his consciousness had
proceeded to open and perception now also,) I
recalled the Seven Eternal
Youths and Seven Rays Blavatsky spoke of and the
Seven Stars she said all were born
under one of them. The Reflectivity of self of
self and I thought in my mind
"Gee, did Madame Blavatsky personally advance
through this process herself
under the mentoring of her Mahatma's? Seems at
least plausible to me. But no one
speaks about any of these kinds of things here on
this Forum, it is like a
cage with definite limit and barriers. wouldn't a
little integration about the
"means" that made the difference in the Mahatma's
and Balvatsky benefit members
here? Or are we only to be eternally condemned to
polemics, rhetoric, debate
of exterior surfaces and nicks?

It seems to me if Theosophists ever are to
understand what it was all
about they need to get much more pointed and
targeted finely on the actual
machinary in the shop of the gods.

John
