So who wrote it? It could not have been Judge obviously. Was Olcott 
writing mahatma letters along with HPB and Damodar? Or did he appeal 
to his old friend Nisi Kanta Chattopadhyana, whom he knew very well 
was the real person behind the KH pseudonym, and ask him to write a 
new KH letter?
