Well this all takes time AND money. 

It's a good idea so,MKR, why don't you 
volunteer to do this or at least help
some one else to do this project? 

Are you willing to donate a substantial sum to
do this? I think I know who I could
contact to actually scan the material.

I personally would prefer the printed
volume since I find it easier to work
with, read and study but a pdf version
would be great too especially for those
who can't afford the printed version.
