Re: Theos-World knowing the reality of what you eat or do

I was referring to "critters in the
ground," by which I meant the worms,
beetles and other insects and whatever.
Last summer, when I was digging in the
back yard, I found all kinds of them and
I don't think I managed to save all of
them while doing the digging. I had
previously seen a documentary shot in
Tibet in which the monks did some
digging and were shown to pick out and
move the worms elsewhere. It was not
mentioned in the documentary whether or
not the worms complained, anyway. And
there was no mention in the show about
various other kinds of critters that
might've got (inadvertently ...) chopped
in half during the digging.

Nope. The potato has to die. Of course, if I put a chunk of it back into the
ground and that part starts growing, did I kill the potato?

I'm wondering if you have invented a
techique for digging out potatoes
without injuring or killing the critters
in the ground.
Speculatively,
