Can you provide details (date, year, location) of the court case 
against Leadbeater, in which G.R.S. Mead participated or presented 
testimony against him?

Can you point out the official resolution (date, year, source) from 
the General Council or Executive Committee of the TS which expelled 
Leadbeater?
