Dear Eldon

I endorse this.

It is an awful diversion and a waste of time.

============================

Would it be appropriate to TAKE A POLL OR CENSUS

on this kind of exchange and personal opinion airing?

===========================

Further

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THEOSOPHY.

It relates only to PERSONS who were at one time connected with the
THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY .

Let those who are interested in the THEOSOPHICAL SOCIETY decide on their own
history. Most look on such events true or untrue as unfortunate.

So why indulge in them further?

Most of us are interested in the PHILOSOPHY . At least I am.

I use EARTHLINK and they have a wonderful SPAMBLOCKER in place that filters
out unwanted stuff.

Each computer has a tool that filters out communications from unwanted
sources. It can set aside emails from those for leisurely consideration, if
at all.

=====================

Gossip, surely is not the purpose of this list ?

Best wishes,

Dal

To whom it may concern.

With all the trivial and personal nonsense that keep cluttering our mail,
this place is getting to be almost like a like a chat room. Except, in a
chat
room we don't have to waste time opening individual letters to find out
their
worthlessness.

So why don't we cut out these non sequitur personal raps, do our chats and
chide each other privately, and leave the rest of us some room here to
discuss
theosophy intelligently.

(Just a beef after wasting hours opening letters that are personal and have
nothing to do with the purpose of this e-mail forum.)
