Well, only if we like what they believe. If they believe things we don't
like then we have to cure them because experience we don't like is obviously the
result of some illness or deep-seated psychic trauma that they have not yet
reconciled themselves with.
Obviously if the not-so-good Bishop had had access to the right counseling
and medication, he would have realized the source of his delusions was in
himself, rather than in visitations from trans-himalayan demigods in funny hats.
