Good question. If it were the types they have these days, it would 
probably be, "We appreciate Mr. Leadbeater trying to change his life, 
and wish him the best of luck, but we can no longer have him as a 
Theosophical Teacher." All done in the greatest secrecy with maximum 
rumors, of course.
