I don't really seem to agree with how you interpret "Tulku," read "Tibet 
and Tulku," the "Skywalkers " are not "Bodies" in carnel physical form and they 
are adepts at a higher level of consciousness. Maybe you are bending the 
technical nature of the term in your own usage as you understand it and visulize 
it in your vision of "Tulku." Elaborate on it more so I and others can get a 
grip on what you specifically mean.
