I wonder if that might be interpreted as saying that some sort of Chaos Factor might've had more to do with that tsunami than karma. Anyway, if there's a Chaos Factor that can wipe out all life from this planet, theoretically ... I suppose karma can then kick in at some later point, somewhere else, picking up where it left off, more or less, after people have been devachnically recycled and might be in better shape to take on more of whatever ... Or maybe all of that kind of thinking is basically representative of another "exoteric version" of what's really going on ...
