Pedro, that is misleading.
The one who served already as teacher in the ES was OH for 
life, the other, a chela, was made joint OH on probation, 
that means with a temporal limt.

The same one that Daniel Caldwell has posted recently on 
this list.
HPB, before she died, appointed both William Q. Judge and 
Annie
Besant as joint Outer Heads of the ES.
