Re: Mussolini and Annie Besant

I think that all this mixing up is used in a negative way for many
that wish to find gaps into the Theosophical Movement. Montessori
was also a member of the theosophical society and Mussolini was once
the President of the Montessori Society in Italy.
I remember when I was in Adyar to have seen many photos of MAria
Montessory with the leaders of the T.S. in Adyar. We should condemn
Montessory to have meet Mussolini? Or Besant to have invited him to
write some articles?
We don't know all the details involved in the historical context to
build up conclusions. At least me I don't know, and I guess many of
you also.
Besant was a great person, and she helped many people, but I do
condemn her involvement with CWL, which for me had a negative
influence upon her.
